Overview

In this FP&A; role, you support planning, forecasting, and analysis to enable informed business decisions. You will build and challenge financial models, and contribute to the operating plan aligned with strategic goals. You’ll perform variance analysis, manage KPIs, and prepare management-facing reporting; you also partner with stakeholders to drive growth and margin improvements. This opportunity offers exposure to cross-functional initiatives, M&A; and product launches, within a values-driven, collaborative finance team. You will work in a hybrid setup at ADP, bringing Dutch language skills to a global finance function.

Responsabilidades

- Supports annual operating plan aligned to strategic plan and forecasting for visibility into business results
- Builds forecast models using key drivers and external factors; creates analytical tools to improve expenses processes
- Produces recurring and ad hoc management reports and ensures accurate financial close with risk controls




- Performs variance analysis on vigente vs plan/forecast and presents results to senior management
- Assists in strategic initiatives such as M&A; support, product launches, market entry, and process improvements
- Partners with stakeholders to align on priorities, communicates data-driven insights, and secures buy-in
- Establishes and maintains financial operational policies and procedures

Requisitos principales

- BS or MS - Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
- 3 Years of Experience in Finance or Accounting (FP&A; preferred)
- Fluent English and Dutch mandatory
- High level of Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle Smart View; Power BI, Alteryx or AI assistants a plus
- MBA or credits toward MBA preferred
