Overview

Account Manager role at HH Integral, a global leader in responsible marketing activation. You will manage client solutions across internal teams and local partners, owning relationships and driving ongoing value. You’ll apply your project management and client service skills to deliver 3D POSM, 2D print, and Branded Merchandise programs for a Healthcare client, across office, site, and remote settings. This position blends client-facing delivery, cross-team collaboration, and strategic growth within a scalable, sustainable services platform.

Responsabilidades

- Take client briefs with full specs and deadlines to drive end-to-end delivery
- Provide technical input and brief suppliers to meet client requirements while delivering high service levels
- Monitor projects for on-spec delivery, collaborate across teams, and leverage full-service offering
- Prepare account administration, reporting, and presentations to meet contractual requirements




- Ensure compliance with SLAs and company policies, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts

Requisitos principales

- Client service management experience with multi-vendor coordination
- Experience in 3D POSM and Branded Merchandise
- Commercial acumen with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Project management mindset with process orientation and focus on sales growth
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) across stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese beneficial
- Must be able to access Barcelona regularly
