Overview

In this Brand Manager role for Kinder, you will grow the seasonal portfolio by blending market insights with creative execution. You’ll work within Brand Management to turn data into recommendations, adapt global assets for local markets, and lead cross-functional marketing initiatives. The position offers exposure to both commercial and creative dimensions in an international setting. You’ll drive 4Ps, promotions, and budget-aware planning to support growth of a globally loved brand.

Responsabilidades

- Analyze sell-in, sell-out and HomeScan data to derive actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop presentations and business cases; conduct range analysis and support portfolio proposals
- Adapt integral communication assets for local campaigns across advertising, digital channels and social media
- Propose and implement consumer promotions and manage the 4Ps marketing of the category




- Perform P&L; and_RSP analysis and monitor the assigned budget
- Collaborate with international colleagues through European meetings to align on initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Previous experience as Brand Manager in FMCG
- proactive, flexible and curious mindset
- strong organization and ability to manage workload
- strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration in an international environment
- advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- experience with Nielsen, IRI, Kantar HomeScan and SAP
- interest in AI
- advanced English and high level of Spanish; Italian an plus
