Overview

In this role, you lead the Global CS Operations teamto design CRM processes that convert business goals into scalable tools across 13 markets. You own the Salesforce migration program and drive productivity, churn reduction and revenue growth for CS. You partner with global and local teams to standardize solutions, prioritize high-impact requests, and measure outcomes with data. You shape end-to-end CRM processes for onboarding, retention and expansion, enabling CS to work efficiently at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Lead a team of 5 analysts across business units and enablers, manage workload with agile methods
- Coach and develop analysts in process design, Salesforce, and stakeholder management
- Own end-to-end CRM processes across onboarding, retention, and expansion
- Own relationships with 13 markets and act as primary CS/RevOps liaison
- Run a single intake process for country requests and prioritize by impact
- Guide migration from HubSpot to Salesforce and optimize post‑go-live usage
- Define success metrics, track impact, and drive data-driven improvements




- Partner with internal Salesforce development and other tech teams to deliver standard-first solutions
- Plan quarterly delivery capacity with tech and keep stakeholders informed
- Post-migration focus on optimizing Salesforce usage and KPI-driven CS workflows

Requisitos principales

- 7-10 years of professional experience with 5+ in Revenue Operations, CS/Sales Operations or CRM process design
- 2+ years leading teams, ideally across countries or business units
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (objects, flows, automation, reporting)
- Salesforce Administrator/Consultant certification is a plus
- Proven stakeholder management across countries with trust-building
- Strong business judgment with SaaS metrics (churn, MRR, win rate, productivity)
- Experience prioritizing a high-volume backlog with data-backed framework
- CRM migrations or large implementations with change management
- Data-savvy with reports/dashboards; SQL a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus
