Overview

In this role you will develop analytics focused on threat detection and fraud prevention for a leading financial institution. You will analyze security events, work with SIEM data, and shape monitoring controls and data models to improve cybersecurity. You’ll contribute to the ongoing enhancement of analytics solutions and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights. This opportunity offers hands-on impact in a security-focused analytics practice within the finance domain.

Responsabilidades

- develop a data analytics project for threat detection and fraud prevention
- investigate security alerts and events
- analyze data from SIEM platforms




- identify patterns and anomalies
- define monitoring controls and thresholds
- design data models
- contribute to continuous improvement of analytical solutions

Requisitos principales

- background in data analytics, cybersecurity, threat detection and fraud prevention
- SQL, databases
- Google Cloud Platform
- Qlik Sense for reporting and dashboards
- knowledge of cybersecurity and fraud prevention environments
- familiarity with data governance and data quality
- awareness of MITRE ATT&CK;, CISSP, ACFE is a plus
- Agile methodologies and Catalan language skills are considered a plus
