Overview

In this role, you shape and drive the enterprise DLP strategy to protect sensitive data across a complex organisation. You work at the intersection of cybersecurity, compliance and business, turning data protection into practical controls. You’ll lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of DLP solutions, collaborating with Security, Compliance, IT and business teams. This position offers strategic impact, hands-on configuration, investigations and stakeholder-facing guidance in a high-impact cyber defence environment.

Responsabilidades

- Shape the DLP roadmap and improve enterprise solutions
- Assess security requirements, analyze data flows and identify data leakage risks
- Build safeguards via DLP policies, rules and controls aligned with business needs
- Configure and optimise DLP technologies for better protection
- Lead DLP-related incident investigations and root-cause analysis




- Produce dashboards and reports to monitor DLP effectiveness and compliance
- Drive project plans and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Communicate technical findings as clear, actionable recommendations to diverse audiences

Requisitos principales

- Strong expertise in DLP technologies, data security principles
- Experience designing and implementing DLP solutions in complex environments
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, or comparable solutions
- Understanding of data classification and complex data flows
- Analytical and forensic investigation capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving to address data security vulnerabilities
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional security initiatives
- Project management capabilities; familiarity with Agile and Jira
- Professional fluency in English
