Overview

In this role you design, build and optimize enterprise AI agent solutions within the IPfolio product team, leveraging Salesforce Agentforce and related tools. You collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Security to move AI use cases from concept to production. You will shape how AI-powered experiences are delivered on the Salesforce platform, focusing on reliability, governance and measurable impact. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise AI capabilities at scale within a global engineering organization.

Responsabilidades

- Own the technical design and implementation of Agentforce solutions for prioritized IPfolio use cases
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security to define goals, users, success metrics, risks and escalation paths
- Configure subagents, topics, instructions, actions, channels, guardrails and deterministic logic connecting to Salesforce assets
- Design grounding and retrieval strategies with Salesforce, Data Cloud and external data sources while enforcing data quality and access controls
- Create reusable Prompt Builder templates and extend Agentforce with Apex, Flow and integrations




- Define test datasets and evaluation criteria; conduct testing and refine prompts, actions and guardrails
- Implement responsible AI and security controls including least-privilege access and data masking
- Deploy Agentforce metadata and code via source control and CI/CD; maintain technical docs and runbooks
- Monitor production behaviour and drive improvements based on data and feedback
- Act as Agentforce subject-matter expert; set standards, review designs, mentor developers

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years designing and supporting Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, security)
- At least 1 year designing and supporting Agentforce solutions in production
- At least 2 years delivering enterprise AI agent or automation solutions from design to production
- At least 1 year building AI-powered solutions with Agentforce Builder, Prompt Builder, Flow, APIs and enterprise data sources
- At least 3 years experience with source-controlled development, CI/CD, production support and AI governance (security, access controls, performance)
