Overview

In this role you will oversee global costing for a significant portion of our own-produced materials within Human Nutrition and Care, acting as a bridge between commercial and production teams. You will partner with commercial units to explain cost evolutions and support pricing decisions, while owning and continuously improving the global product cost consolidation tooling. You will contribute to monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting processes and participate in system rollouts and integrations.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee Global Costing for a major portion of own-produced materials in Human Nutrition and Care, serving as the link between commercial and production teams
- Partner with Commercial Teams to explain unit cost evolutions to support pricing decisions
- Own the Global Product Cost Consolidation Tool (customized SAP solution)
- Pursue continuous improvement of global product costing procedures and tools with a customer-focused, lean mindset
- Be the focal point for costing processes during monthly close and planning cycles
- Prepare quarterly forecasts for integral unit cost incorporating procurement, manufacturing,



and category management developments
- Lead the budget process for global unit cost with production site controllers and FP&A;
- Provide ad hoc support for projects, business cases, and M&A; integrations
- Support finance transitions, participate in system rollouts and integration of newly acquired businesses

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Finance and/or ACCA, CPA or other financial certification
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience; manufacturing site experience or product costing is advantageous
- Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement drive
- Ability to work precisely with large datasets and interlinked IT systems
- Ability to operate effectively in virtual, cross-regional teams
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and time schedules
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with clear idea articulation
