Overview

In this role you will help build AI-native features within Factorial’s business management platform, delivering real impact for thousands of users. You’ll work across the stack and own features from problem understanding to production validation. You’ll collaborate with a seasoned team to advance AI-integrated workflows and agentic capabilities. This is fast-paced work focused on meaningful outcomes, not maintenance. You’ll join a mission to put AI at the core of how work is done.

Responsabilidades

- Ship features end-to-end, from problem framing to implementation and production validation
- Collaborate on AI-integrated systems including LLM-powered workflows and agentic features




- Evaluate AI features in production to measure reliability and user impact
- Take real ownership of work and investigate the why behind solutions
- Work with cross-functional teammates to align on goals and outcomes
- Contribute beyond ticket-driven work and help shape product direction

Requisitos principales

- 1–4 years of software engineering experience and full-stack comfort
- Curiosity about AI with some hands-on exploration
- Focus on outcomes and willingness to fix if needed
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React or eagerness to become proficient
