Overview

As Infrastructure Team Lead, you will guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises environments, with a focus on Kubernetes. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient architectures and drive IaC and CI/CD automation. You’ll lead a skilled team to meet targets, optimize operations, and ensure security and compliance. This role offers impact at scale within a hybrid, multi‑cloud context, shaping our infrastructure strategy and delivery.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and mentor the infrastructure team to achieve project targets and maintain high performance
- Design scalable hybrid architectures and Kubernetes‑centric systems aligned with business goals
- Drive Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation using Ansible and Terraform




- Oversee operations, monitoring, uptime, incident response, and off‑hours maintenance
- Collaborate with InfoSec to enforce security controls, perform risk assessments, and ensure audit readiness
- Evaluate third‑party tools and manage technology partner relationships to meet SLAs

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience leading infrastructure or operations teams with measurable operational metrics (MTTR/MTTD, uptime SLAs)
- Strong project and workflow management skills for complex technical initiatives
- Deep knowledge of on‑prem hardware (servers, SAN/NAS, enterprise networking) and IaC using Terraform and Ansible
- Hands‑on experience designing and administering multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) across Linux and Windows
