Overview

In this role you will lead financial planning and performance analysis to support commercial and operating leaders. You’ll drive budgeting, forecasting, and revenue modeling for subscriptions and services, delivering clear insights to guide pricing and profitability decisions. You will partner with cross-functional teams and provide executive-ready reporting, contributing to strategic and financial decision-making. This position offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape financial processes in a general software/hardware environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecasting with driver assumptions and scenario modelling
- Build and maintain revenue models for subscription, maintenance, license, and services; track ARR, churn, retention, bookings, pipeline
- Deliver variance analysis vs budget/forecast/prior year; identify drivers, risks and opportunities
- Partner with commercial and operating leaders on pricing, deals, headcount,



investments and profitability
- Prepare executive reporting and dashboards; coordinate month-end close, revenue review, accruals, and management reporting accuracy
- Analyse and reconcile data using Oracle Fusion, SQL and Excel; improve and automate planning and reporting processes

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in Business Controlling, FP&A; or similar finance role, ideally in an international organization
- Experience in software, SaaS or recurring-revenue business; familiarity with ARR, retention, churn and bookings
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel; SQL knowledge or experience querying large data sets
- ERP experience, ideally Oracle Fusion; solid knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS revenue recognition; fluent English
