In this role you will empower the marketing team with world-class analytics, building scalable data foundations and dashboards to drive insight-led decisions. You will partner with data engineers and BI teams to streamline data flow, empowering analysts to focus on analysis and impact. You will shape the framework for efficient marketing data analysis and governance, collaborating with marketing stakeholders to meet business objectives. Responsabilidades

- Build scalable dashboards for key marketing KPIs, budget, and ROI analysis
- Lead data quality issue analysis and governance actions
- Collaborate with Marketing to translate objectives into data solutions
- Provide thought leadership for complex data science problems
- Develop data structures and products that are stable, scalable, and performant




- Perform ad-hoc data analyses blending multiple data sources
- Structure and present analyses to executives and stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- Degree in statistics, data science, business analytics, marketing analytics, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years in marketing and/or sales analytics
- Proven ROI impact and revenue improvements from analytics
- Advanced analytics using SQL, Tableau/Power BI/Qlik Sense, Excel
- Experience with data pipelines/warehouse tools; DBT experience
- Ability to translate technical terms to business stakeholders
- Experience with B2B sales; Hubspot and Salesforce data understanding is a plus
- Strong multitasking and prioritization
- Positive, proactive, growth mindset
- Strong business English plus proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, German, or Italian)
- Willingness to work from Europe or reside in listed hubs
