Overview

In this role you help clients maximise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market activities by delivering financial due diligence with data-driven insights. You will work with buyers and sellers to challenge key drivers and assumptions, leveraging analytics to inform deal decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support price adjustments and deal closing, contributing to PwC’s mission to realise value across the deal spectrum.

Responsabilidades

- Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements
- Critically assess key value drivers and projections (historical and forecast)
- Leverage data & analytics tools to derive actionable insights
- Support price adjustment definitions and related analyses




- Collaborate with clients and deal teams to ensure clarity and speed of close

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Business / Economics or Engineering
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- 2-8 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, corporate finance or private equity
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data analytics experience a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot & Alteryx)
