Overview

In this role you will lead the development and implementation of new blade manufacturing processes, guiding prototypes, ramp-up, and international rollout. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality and operational excellence while transforming concepts into industrial reality. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping manufacturing methods for high-performance blades and driving scalable processes across sites. You will operate in a integral NPI milieu, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

- Lead development and implementation of new blade manufacturing processes
- Prepare and review manufacturing specs and process documentation
- Define and maintain BOMs, value stream maps, and manpower plans
- Develop decision matrices for product/process designs
- Prepare test documentation and plans; conduct trials and validations
- Analyze trial results and generate technical test reports
- Coordinate with Blade Engineering, QA, Tooling, R&D; and NPI teams
- Drive process changes during development and production rollout




- Collaborate with external stakeholders on development and industrialisation
- Supervise manufacturing and development activities to ensure successful deployment
- Support international production roll-out projects

Requisitos principales

- Engineering degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years in the composites industry
- At least 4 years in two of: new product development, international production roll-out, or production process engineering with focus on HSE, quality, costs, cycle time
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in boat building and composite manufacture (blades or civil) including hand layup, VARTM, RTM, epoxy and polyester
- Knowledge of Office, 2D CAD; CATIA and Siemens NX advantageous
- Strong communication, knowledge transfer, team management and conflict resolution
- English C1; Spanish B2 required; German B2 a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally ~6 months/year (3–6 weeks on assignments)
