Overview

In Roche’s Diagnostics Insights DevOps team, you own the team backlog and delivery cadence across three pillars—CI, Cloud & CD, and On-demand Environments. You align with ARTs, POs and RTEs to provide clear commitments, dashboards, and change management in a regulated, collaborative setting. You drive adoption of core capabilities (Product CI, deployment chart, infrastructure portal) and ensure transparent progress to leadership and product teams. This role blends product ownership with hands-on delivery, within a DevOps context.

Responsabilidades

- Own and prioritize the team backlog across CI, Cloud & CD, and On-demand Environments with ARTs' RTEs and POs
- Turn commitments into delivery dates and maintain schedule discipline
- Design and run progress tracking: dashboards, metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability, adoption) and reports
- Promote and drive adoption of shared capabilities: Product CI, deployment chart, infrastructure portal
- Oversee change management for infrastructure changes following Roche's process
- Conduct regular backlog reviews with each ART to capture and prioritize needs




- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Architects to convert specs into increments
- Influence stakeholders to secure commitments and escalate when needed
- Support day-to-day delivery cadence: planning, reviews, retrospectives; participate in Scrum Master activities when needed

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in software delivery (PO/Delivery Manager/TPM on engineering or infrastructure teams)
- Proven ability to lead through influence and secure commitments from cross-functional teams
- Technical capability to work inside a DevOps team: read pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, Terraform, GitHub Actions, containers, AWS, IaC
- Strong communication skills to explain technical changes and value
- Track record of building delivery tracking and reporting from scratch
- Fluent in English and Spanish
