Overview

In this role, you will help ensure uninterrupted production for the A350 Freighter program from the Illescas site. You will coordinate local supply chain and conformance activities across ordering, inventory, and quality controls, acting as the interface between procurement, manufacturing, and suppliers. You will drive continuous improvement to prevent disruptions and support program execution. The position offers exposure to SAP-based planning, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational aerospace environment.

Responsabilidades

- Steer end-to-end ordering and inventory management in SAP SPA, including PO creation, forecasting, parameterization, and stock coverage to secure production supply
- Establish and drive the Supply Chain Control Tower; perform root-cause analyses on delays, disruptions, and missing parts; implement proactive action plans
- Serve as the local Conformance & Procurement focal point; participate in SQCDP meetings; manage receiving quality controls (inspections, purges, FAI, concessions)




- Lead supplier quality and issue resolution; conduct PPS, containment plans, and 8D reports to address root causes
- Manage escalations and plant events (SARI/IRAG); build robust business cases with manufacturing stakeholders for long-term actions, investments, or supplier recovery
- Monitor vendor performance, audit supplier execution, optimize SLAs (lead times, buffers, logistics); manage NPI and process changes

Requisitos principales

- Experience in supply chain operations, supplier management, procurement execution, or plant quality/conformance in industrial or aerospace environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP / SPA for PO creation, parameterization, and inventory management
- Knowledge of quality tools/methodologies (8D, PPS, FAI, root-cause analysis)
- Strong negotiation, assertive communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- English (advanced/negotiation level, C1/C2) and fluent Spanish
