As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insight and strategic support to drive profitable growth across assigned business areas. You’ll partner with senior leaders, translate results into actionable recommendations, and help steer planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will contribute to transformation initiatives and foster data-driven decision-making. This role sits at the crossroads of finance and business, offering visibility to senior leadership and opportunities to shape performance across the organization.

Responsabilidades

- Partner with business area leaders to understand performance, priorities and challenges; provide financial insight and challenge when needed
- Act as primary Finance contact for assigned areas and build trusted stakeholder relationships
- lead performance analysis to identify drivers, opportunities and risks
- Coordinate annual planning,



budgeting and forecasting; monitor performance against targets
- Develop executive narratives and management reports for CEO, CFO, ExCo and senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting, planning and analytics; promote data-driven decisions
- Drive reporting automation and improve data quality; contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, Controlling or Performance Management
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Insurance industry knowledge is desirable

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations
