Overview

In this role you will develop, create and manage advertising campaigns for partners within Digital Hub's AdOps team. You will work across ad servers, DMPs and tracking tools to optimize performance and quality. You will propose improvements and optimizations while collaborating with sales, agencies, customers and external providers. This position places you in an international environment, contributing to the growth of a loyalty app used across 28 European markets. You will engage hands-on with programmatic tools and analytics to drive measurable results.

Responsabilidades

- Create and manage campaigns across AdServer, DMP and tracking tools with technical optimizations
- Review marketing content and URLs and monitor performance and quality
- Propose improvements to performance and service quality




- Identify potential optimizations for advertising partners
- Collaborate across sales, agencies, customers and external providers

Requisitos principales

- Ability to drive strategy and results on digital marketing KPIs and optimization
- Strong interest in online marketing and new media technologies
- Degree in a relevant field or at least 2 years of online marketing experience
- Understanding of programmatic advertising is a plus
- High level of English; German and/or Spanish appreciated; other languages a plus
- Detail-oriented with agile mindset and good communication; able to work independently
- Previous experience managing Google campaigns is a plus
