Overview

You translate customer needs into technically solid, commercially viable warehouse automation concepts. Based in Barcelona, you collaborate with sales teams to develop solutions, prepare quotations, and help clients understand how our technology meets their operational goals. The role blends engineering, commercial thinking, and customer interaction, contributing to automated logistics projects from the early sales phase. You will work on varied projects, shaping scalable solutions within a general, innovative logistics environment.

Responsabilidades

- Design and develop automated warehouse concepts based on customer requirements
- Translate concepts into technical proposals and coordinate layout engineering
- Prepare price calculations and quotations for projects up to 5 million, with support for more complex ones
- Collaborate with Sales Managers/Consultants to prepare and deliver technical presentations




- Support discussions and negotiations with strong technical arguments
- Manage multiple sales engineering activities with prioritization and quality delivery
- Apply internal engineering standards and continuously improve methods and processes

Requisitos principales

- University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization or a comparable technical field
- Experience in sales, engineering or execution of automated logistics systems (warehouse automation or similar)
- Strong technical understanding and ability to translate requirements into practical automation concepts
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English
- Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills
- Customer-focused, structured working style and ability to explain concepts to both commercial and technical stakeholders
