As Fraud & Risk Project Manager, you safeguard Glovo’s platform by shaping and scaling fraud prevention across regions. You’ll translate data-driven insights into actionable roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams to mitigate risk while preserving user conversion and smooth operations. You’ll bring structure to a complex program with multiple initiatives and stakeholders, delivering measurable fraud risk reduction. Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end anti-fraud project implementations across regions
- Analyze complex fraud vectors and financial impact to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deploy automated risk rules




- Serve as main POC for regional teams and consolidate country requirements into roadmaps
- Prioritize initiatives by financial impact, risk, and country needs for resource planning
- Define and report key fraud metrics and KPIs balancing risk and conversion
- Design standardized incident response protocols for high-severity events
- Evaluate external fraud prevention vendors and identity verification solutions

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in operations management, project management, or fraud prevention in tech/e-commerce/on-demand delivery
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Proven track record coordinating cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of payment processing, identity verification, ATO, and promotion abuse
- Excellent problem-solving with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English; Spanish and French a plus
