Overview

In this role, you will drive revenue growth for the Western Europe region by partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders across Germany, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Finland, and Sweden. You will align people, processes, technology, and data to maximize performance and impact. You’ll act as a trusted business partner, delivering pragmatic insights and leading change initiatives. The position offers a general, meritocratic environment with opportunities to shape regional commercial execution and tools usage. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate with a central support team.

Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with BU leadership to build and execute a strong commercial plan
- Establish and maintain pipeline and forecasting discipline
- Improve Sales Pay Plan and align incentives with Revenue objectives
- Deploy best practices for Revenue Engine efficiency and productivity
- Maximize the impact of BU campaigns and monitor KPIs to drive improvement




- Provide top-line reviews and ensure rigorous execution of action plans
- Drive adoption of Salesforce and identify new Sales Tools
- Coordinate with central experts in sales, digital marketing, pricing, and ops to support BUs

Requisitos principales

- 8-12 years of experience combining consulting with Sales & Marketing expertise
- Operational with strong business sense and ability to influence senior leaders
- Excellent communicator capable of convincing Sales Directors
- Strong data and sales culture; experience in multinational companies
- Must be accountable for revenue growth and act as a trusted business partner with humilty and a service mindset
