Overview

In this role you define and drive Puig’s general Retail Health & Safety strategy across the worldwide store network. You will lead governance, risk management and practical safety standards in collaboration with Retail Operations and Local Markets. The position focuses on integrating safety into store design, pre-opening reviews, and ongoing risk-based improvements. You will influence across cultures and help create a safer, more sustainable retail environment while supporting business growth.

Responsabilidades

- Define and execute the global Retail Health & Safety strategy, governance, and objectives aligned with group priorities
- Develop and deploy global safety standards, procedures, tools, and minimum requirements adaptable to local law
- Maintain a global risk profile and risk register to prioritize resources and improvements
- Collaborate with Global Retail and Facilities on new store design, fit-outs, and change management
- Conduct H&S; risk assessments in flagship/high-risk stores and implement controls
- Plan and perform inspections and audits in stores and concessions; issue corrective actions
- Deliver H&S; training and awareness sessions for store managers, staff, and contractors




- Quality-check training content and deployment materials
- Provide day-to-day H&S; technical guidance to Retail Ops and country teams
- Lead investigations of incidents and near misses and share lessons learned
- Monitor H&S; performance, manage data in corporate systems, and report on progress and risks

Requisitos principales

- Five+ years in Health & Safety with global or multi-country retail experience
- Strong knowledge of H&S; management systems (ISO 45001), risk assessment, audits and incident investigation
- Contractor management, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement experience
- Strong stakeholder management, persuasion and coaching skills; ability to influence across cultures
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French or other languages advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Professional H&S; qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH preferred
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields
- Experience in a luxury, consumer goods, hospitality or customer-facing retail environment
- Experience managing a geographically dispersed store network
