Overview

In this role you will lead global market research and insight generation for IgAN, translating patient, clinician, and market data into strategic recommendations for launch and growth. You will partner with General, US, and other country teams, connecting insights across Commercial, Medical, R&D;, Analytics and Forecasting to influence decision-making. You’ll design and oversee primary research, integrate AI to improve speed and cost, and tell a clear story that guides brand and launch plans. This position combines hands-on research with cross-functional leadership in a fast-moving global matrix.

Responsabilidades

- Partner with cross-functional teams (especially marketing) to shape the IgAN insight plan around key business questions
- Design and lead qualitative and quantitative primary research, integrating AI to optimize cost, timelines and insights
- Triangulate primary research with secondary data, market performance, competitive intelligence and disease-area evidence
- Translate findings into a simple, actionable story for teams and leadership
- Incorporate patient, healthcare professionals and stakeholder voices into global brand and launch decisions
- Manage agencies,



budgets and timelines while ensuring research compliance with company policies

Requisitos principales

- Strong experience in healthcare market research, insights, strategy or analytics in pharma, biotech, consulting or insights agency
- Practical command of primary research and ability to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence
- Strategic judgement, curiosity and constructive challenge
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills with senior and cross-functional audiences
- Hands-on, adaptable working style in a fast-moving global matrix
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, marketing or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Fluent written and spoken English; ability to travel internationally
- 5+ years of experience in primary and secondary market research and analytics in healthcare/pharma/biotech
- US market experience preferred; international collaboration required
