As a Design Engineer at Fever, you shape products end to end for both B2C and B2B experiences, blending design craft with front-end implementation. You frame problems with users and PMs, validate ideas with data, and craft interfaces that are polished and performant. You may prototype or ship production-ready features, collaborating across teams and leveraging AI to move faster. This role sits at the Data and AI core, helping Fever scale delightful experiences across cities and partners.

Responsabilidades
- Tackle high-impact Fever projects across discovery surfaces, AI-powered assistant, partner reports, and data-driven decision tools
- Frame problems with users and PMs, validate hypotheses with data (SQL, dashboards, metrics)
- Design and prototype interfaces for Fever products across B2C and B2B with strong craft
- Convert designs into code when appropriate,
from prototypes to production-ready features, collaborating with engineers via GitHub and dev/prod environments
- Integrate AI into daily workflow to ideate faster and prototype more efficiently
Requisitos principales
- 8+ years in product design with solid front-end development background
- Strong product thinking: solving user problems and business impact over features
- Polished designer with portfolio showing craft and thinking
- Front-end expertise: HTML/CSS, responsive layouts, design systems, JavaScript/TypeScript, React
- Git proficiency and experience with pull requests, dev/prod environments
- Data fluency: SQL, dashboards, metrics to test ideas
- Tech mindset and curiosity about the why behind technology
- Portfolio required; experience with front-end work included
