As an Advisory Consultant at OMP, you help customers optimize their supply chains by shaping planning cycles and organizational design. You’ll combine industry expertise with business insight to guide strategic decisions for leaders. You’ll analyze needs, enrich data with business context, and develop compelling business cases. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, advisory excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to scale client impact.

Responsabilidades

- Analyze customers' supply chain needs and challenges; review processes and roles; define project scope
- Define the ideal supply chain planning landscape and cycle using Unison Planning
- Enhance forecasts,



inventory and planning data with business insights
- Develop business cases and perform maturity assessments
- Validate and realign results with stakeholders
- Support senior colleagues in delivering expert advice to prospects and building partnerships with clients

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (2+ years for internal candidates)
- Knowledge of supply chain management solutions and interest in software/technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach and AI tool usage
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills; experience in stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work autonomously and travel up to 25%
