Overview

In this role you will drive global sourcing for Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance and RWE, delivering cost-efficient strategies across Sanofi’s entities. You will partner with internal teams to shape project scopes and run end-to-end sourcing, including RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations, while tracking savings and risks. You will stay ahead of market trends and benchmark against best practices to continuously improve procurement performance. Responsabilidades

- Lead global RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for the category
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with Category Management and Procurement Partners
- Deliver and report on savings pipeline, performance, and risks
- Provide execution support to Global Lead Buyer and ensure strategy realization




- Benchmark against industry best practices and monitor market developments
- Run robust Supplier Management with business reviews and performance management
- Leverage procurement services to maximize back-office efficiency
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and present strategies for review

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years' experience in Procurement or related field
- Strong data & analytics skills with ability to use spend, supplier, market and performance data
- Good understanding of finance and legal aspects
- Fluent in English
- Project management and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
- Negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence
- Ability to quickly assimilate new information and adapt to changes
