Overview

In this role, you will design, analyse, and certify Landing Gear systems and components to meet safety, quality, and performance targets. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to address complex structural and system integration challenges, shaping robust solutions for military and commercial platforms. You will engage in V&V;, risk and safety analysis, and ensure continued airworthiness through the program lifecycle. This position offers exposure to a multinational environment and critical aerospace programs, including C-295, with opportunities to influence design decisions and certification authorities.

Responsabilidades

- Design, specify, model, analyse, qualify and certify Landing Gear systems, sub-systems, equipment, components and modules
- Support system architecture and structure design across the landing gear domain
- Perform load, stress, and detailed design analyses and ensure continued airworthiness
- Contribute to risk analysis,



safety analysis, V&V;, system integration and certification activities
- Provide technical support to manufacturing engineering and quality teams
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to anticipate program and customer needs
- Lead and participate in problem-solving for critical technical challenges
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety and industrial requirements

Requisitos principales

- Extensive experience in aeronautical/military industries (>=10 years)
- Experience with C-295 program and Landing Gear DO
- Fluent English
- Strong teamwork, supplier management, leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of landing gear systems, load and stress analysis, parachute systems, V&V;, certification and continued airworthiness
- Proficiency in Catia V-5
- Ability to support MAP, manufacturing engineering and quality
