Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage Robotics One, Value Provider Portal, and other Digital domain applications and integrations in line with global IS strategy.
- Own and develop the applications roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and increased usage.
- Govern application scope with transparency, prioritization, and senior stakeholder decision support.
- Ensure services meet customer needs with SLAs and OLAs with IS IT teams and suppliers.
- Oversee application lifecycle management, budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with ABB standards.
- Contribute to general IS strategy and enhance methodologies for application management.
- Ensure data consistency and quality with business stakeholders.
- Manage multi-country projects and geographically dispersed teams in an outsourced environment.
Requisitos principales
- Master’s degree with 5+ years IT experience in application development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years global management/leadership experience; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Proven track record as an application leader in complex, global organizations.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
