Overview

In this role you drive regional growth in Iberia and MEA by applying technical know‑how in Single Use & Hardware to tailor solutions for customers. You lead cross‑functional collaboration from pre‑sales to implementation, assess processes, and ensure compliant integration with our product offerings. You engage customers on-site and remotely, manage complex projects, and help shape regional strategies with feedback from the field.

Responsabilidades

- Drive sales growth and solutions across Iberia & MEA
- Develop and implement integrated customer solutions
- Manage projects from pre‑sales through implementation
- Assess manufacturing processes and align with regulatory frameworks
- Lead customer engagement both in person and virtually
- Identify growth opportunities and support regional action plans
- Collaborate with Field Marketing and Commercial teams




- Share customer feedback to influence business strategies
- Promote adoption of Single Use & Hardware portfolio across teams
- Travel 30–50% and support broader product range

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years hands-on technical experience in life sciences across full sales cycle
- Strong expertise in Single Use & Hardware technologies and bioproduction workflows (mAbs, ADCs, vaccines, mRNA, Cell and Gene Therapy)
- Ability to analyze customer processes and recommend solutions
- Experience managing complex multi‑stakeholder projects from pre‑sales to implementation
- Customer-centric, proactive, ownership‑driven mindset
- Excellent English communication; Spanish, Portuguese & French are a plus
