Overview

In this role you will support Delivery Hero’s growth by providing practical legal guidance on privacy and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with the Global Data Protection Office to align initiatives with GDPR and global privacy standards. You will address privacy needs for new products, onboarding, and operations, and help implement privacy programs and risk mitigation. You will engage with leadership and cross‑functional teams to advance privacy initiatives, including data mapping and AI governance. Responsabilidades

- Provide GDPR-based privacy guidance to the business on new products and changes
- Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements
- Support data mapping and DPIAs for processing activities
- Develop and maintain integral privacy policies, notices, and procedures




- Support communications to the group management board and risk committees
- Conduct privacy maturity audits and remediation tracking
- Assist investigations with data protection authorities and mitigation planning
- Contribute to AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance

Requisitos principales

- 0-1 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
- Educational background in law (Bachelor or comparable degree)
- Knowledge of GDPR; EU privacy laws is a plus
- Excellent English; Polish/Spanish/German a plus
- Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
