Responsabilidades

- Define and execute the regional HR strategy across EMEA & Americas to align with business objectives
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational, people, and change management matters
- Lead organizational design initiatives including structures, governance, job architecture, and workforce planning
- Drive HR transformation projects focused on scalability, process harmonization, and operational excellence
- Oversee talent acquisition for senior and critical roles across the region
- Lead talent management, leadership development, succession planning,



and employee development programs
- Manage performance management processes to support a high-performance culture
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, including benchmarking and annual cycles
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and manage complex employee relations across multiple countries
- Leverage HR analytics, systems, and data-driven insights to support business decisions and improve organizational effectiveness

Requisitos principales

- 15+ years of HR leadership experience in multinational environments
- Proven experience leading regional HR teams across multiple countries
- Experience supporting large commercial and sales-driven organizations
- Strong background in organizational transformation and change management
- Expertise in talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning
