Responsabilidades

- Oversee international logistics and transport operations ensuring quality and reliability
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service performance
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and key partners
- Lead, coach and develop operations teams fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and drive cost optimization and process improvements




- Identify and develop business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Build customer relationships and support commercial initiatives with logistics expertise
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth and strategic objectives

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience in senior logistics, transportation, or supply chain leadership
- Experience managing complex logistics operations, transport activities, and teams
- Track record of driving operational improvements and service performance
- Experience managing external providers and strategic partners
- Commercial awareness with exposure to business development or customer management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
