In this role you will own the conformance of A350 program products and processes to customer specs and POA. You’ll act as the Quality Conformance Management focal point, driving root-cause resolution, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement to ensure right-first-time delivery. You’ll work within the Cádiz Quality team to monitor KPIs, uphold quality standards, and lead improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with impact on product integrity and manufacturing excellence.

Responsabilidades
- Lead resolution of complex quality problems and non-conformities with robust action plans
- Ensure adherence to key quality standards (BMS) at CDT HTP level, including PPV, OS, and QAs
- Monitor and optimize KPIs to improve repeatability and product quality
- Support QJ&T; and supplier quality management by managing environmental conditions in manufacturing halls
- Lead Airbus Operating System routines, especially Quality Performance System (QPS, to improve plant efficiency)
- Plan and deploy continuous improvement projects using LBIP+ and APQP
Requisitos principales
- Engineering degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, or related discipline
- Professional experience in Quality, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering in an industrial setting
- Advanced English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of Quality tools and standards (APQP, PPV, OS, QAs, BMS)
- Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (LBIP+/AOS)
