As a Business Acceptance Analyst / Digital Solution Validation at Keyrus, you bridge business needs with technology delivery to ensure production-ready solutions. You operate in a general, cross-functional setting to validate that digital solutions meet requirements before go-live, balancing analytical rigor with stakeholder collaboration. You will apply AI-enabled methods to improve validation quality and efficiency and maintain traceability across requirements and production readiness. This role offers on-site collaboration in Barcelona with an international team and a clear impact on delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Review and translate business requirements into validation scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Verify that delivered functionality aligns with requirements and specifications
- Identify and resolve gaps between requirements and solutions
- Maintain traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, validation outcomes, and production readiness
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and delivery teams to resolve issues
- Support pre-production validation and go-live readiness assessments




- Provide evidence-based reporting of validation results and outstanding issues
- Challenge unclear acceptance criteria before progression to production
- Apply AI-assisted techniques to improve validation, analysis and documentation
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to enhance validation efficiency

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years in business acceptance, solution validation, functional testing, QA or similar in digital/tech delivery environments
- Experience working with business stakeholders and software delivery teams
- Experience in agile or iterative delivery environments
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary, international teams
- Professional proficiency in English
- Availability to work on-site in Barcelona
- Strong understanding of requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria
- Experience transforming requirements into validation scenarios and approaches
- Experience validating functionality against business requirements and identifying discrepancies
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting production-readiness assessments and go-live decisions
