As a Project & Business Process Coordinator in Barcelona, you’ll drive cross-functional projects from planning to adoption while improving processes across Iberia. You will work closely with European stakeholders to test, validate, and implement new systems and automation, shaping efficient workflows. Responsabilidades

- Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and adoption
- Manage timelines, actions, dependencies, and stakeholders across business areas
- Coordinate system testing and UAT,



including scenario planning and business validation
- Support European initiatives with Super Users and central stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to simplify and harmonise existing processes
- Support process automation by gathering requirements and coordinating testing and deployment of bots and other solutions
- Drive change management, communication, and adoption of new processes and systems

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in Project Management, Project Coordination, Business Process Improvement, or similar
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business and sales processes
- Experience with SAP and system or process testing
- Hands-on, organized, proactive with strong stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work across functions, countries, and levels
- Very high level of English and fluent Spanish
- Previous experience as a Super User or Key User or strong knowledge of internal processes (advantage)
