Overview

As an NPI Operations Manager you will drive the end-to-end readiness of new product introductions, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet critical milestones. You will map the NPI process, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver concise dashboards to executives. The role focuses on integrating electronic components, PCAs, systems, and partners through ramp-up and launch phases. You will standardize processes and run lessons-learned sessions to continuously improve the NPI program. This is a hands-on role shaping how products move from design to operations at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Build and maintain an integrated NPI readiness schedule with critical paths and cross-functional dependencies
- Map end-to-end NPI process (stages, gates, hand-offs, readiness criteria, RACI)
- Coordinate readiness across electronics, PCAs, systems, manufacturing partners, ramp-up, logistics, service
- Identify risks, delays and gaps; drive follow-up and escalate as needed
- Prepare and facilitate readiness and phase-gate reviews (EVT, DVT, PVT, launch) with consolidated information
- Maintain cross-functional log of risks, issues, dependencies and decisions with clear owners




- Clarify interfaces and hand-offs between functions and align cross-functional actions
- Provide executive dashboards and status reports on readiness
- Standardise and improve NPI process, tools and templates; conduct lessons-learned sessions after each program

Requisitos principales

- Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing operations including component supply chain, PCA fabrication and assembly, system integration and test, and after-sales service processes
- Deep knowledge of NPI and stage-gate processes (EVT, DVT, PVT, production release) and product lifecycle
- Understanding of HPC and AI infrastructure to assess schedule impact of technical issues
- Awareness of IT equipment certification and regulatory requirements (CE, safety, EMC, environmental) and lead times
- Strong planning, dependency/risk management and process mapping skills (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
