In this role you lead indirect procurement and CAPEX sourcing for Littelfuse’s Industrial Unit, focusing on major Mexican sites. You will shape sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and drive cost reductions across North America. You collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure reliable, cost-competitive supply and timely project execution. Your work supports strategic growth, supplier optimization, and KPI-driven procurement performance.

Responsabilidades

- Lead sourcing projects across indirect procurement categories and consolidate supplier base to sharpen costs and strategies
- Develop plant-specific sourcing strategies to ensure reliable, competitive supply
- Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery with regular business reviews
- Develop and execute annual cost reduction plans leveraging cost models and negotiations
- Collaborate with Engineering to identify cost-saving projects and ensure timely execution
- Stakeholder management across North America to align procurement with operations




- Monitor, analyze, and report procurement KPIs, savings, and supplier initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Mexico’s Indirect Procurement Policy and processes
- Travel to Matamoros to support sourcing initiatives and collaboration

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or purchasing
- Strong experience in CAPEX procurement and project management
- Knowledge of suppliers and market conditions in northern Mexico
- Proven negotiation, cost reduction, and supplier performance management
- Strong analytical skills, cost models, and evaluating proposals
- Experience with SAP and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement reporting tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management
- Self-management and proactive attitude in a dynamic environment
