Overview

As the global design authority for the Source-to-Pay landscape, you will shape and evolve the Indirect Procurement operating model. You’ll drive end-to-end process harmonization, governance, and the digital strategy to enable compliant, scalable procurement capabilities. Working across Procurement, Digital & Tech, Finance, and the business, you will lead process improvements, AI-enabled initiatives, and data governance to enhance stakeholder experience. Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end S2P process architecture and evolve the target operating model for Indirect Procurement
- Shape process and technology roadmap aligning with D&T;, GES S2P, data strategy, AI initiatives and procurement capabilities
- Act as Design Authority for process, policy and technology changes in procurement
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve user experience via AI, automation and orchestration




- Lead cross-functional alignment to clarify ownership and enable decision-making
- Define and maintain global process standards, taxonomy, KPIs, governance and documentation ensuring compliance
- Drive continuous improvement using stakeholder feedback and operational insights to boost performance and productivity

Requisitos principales

- In-depth knowledge of Procurement strategy and S2P processes
- Strong experience in process ownership and integral operating model design
- Proven track record in digital transformation and continuous improvement
- Good understanding of procurement digital architecture and technology trends
- Strong digital and AI mindset with interest in automation
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, project management and agile experience
