In this role you will lead end-to-end AI initiatives to accelerate Growth Marketing B2B. You’ll identify high-impact use cases, pilot AI solutions, and scale successful tools across markets. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales and IT to ensure measurable outcomes and adoption. Your work shapes how AI-driven automation drives funnel efficiency and pipeline at Docplanner. Responsabilidades

- Own AI project outcomes: set goals, KPIs, budgets and timelines and be accountable for results
- Identify AI use cases by analyzing funnel gaps and time-waste points
- Pilot and scale AI solutions with measurable business impact
- Configure tools, build agents and automations, and integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, and WhatsApp
- Evaluate and select AI vendors, coordinating with IT, Legal and Security for governance
- Create playbooks,



training and handover so markets can adopt solutions independently
- Share learnings and demonstrate ROI to improve future projects
- Report results in business terms (MQLs, contact rate, meetings booked, hours saved) and refine approaches

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years managing marketing or growth projects with at least 1 year on AI or automation projects
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot)
- Experience building AI agents or automations using no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) with APIs/webhooks
- Solid understanding of LLMs: prompting, limitations, data privacy, risk management
- Strong analytical ability to set and interpret KPIs and data-driven decisions
- Experience running pilots and scaling across teams or markets
- Proactive, autonomous work style with stakeholder management across levels
