Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end technology transfer projects across global sites, guiding quality, regulatory and technical aspects. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and optimize transfers from development to manufacturing. You’ll drive project strategy, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely, cost-conscious delivery. The role offers impact on product launches and site transfers within a growing, values-driven pharmaceutical group.

Responsabilidades

- Lead Tech Transfer projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and balanced risk/benefit
- Define project strategy, team, and end-to-end plan with risk mitigation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across QA, QC, AS&T;, MS&T;, ESO, RA, Commercial Transfer Team and CMOs
- Run project meetings to monitor milestones, track execution, and report progress
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and drive decisions with action follow-ups
- Provide scientific/technical expertise in quality, regulatory and tech transfer to maintain information flow




- Consolidate Master Documentation for feasibility and provide transfer feasibility assessments
- Verify GMP content is correct and compliant with dossiers
- Support manufacturing sites with trial/validation batches onsite
- Prepare Product Performance Review and variation documentation for regulatory readiness
- Support product launches from new site in cooperation with Commercial Transfer Team and QA/RA/SC

Requisitos principales

- University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Biology or comparable field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- More than 5 years of pharma experience with tech transfer, product development, manufacturing or regulatory affairs
- Project management experience and ability to lead multi-functional teams
- Learning agility, growth mindset and business/market/technology savviness
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
