Overview

In this role you help leading life sciences organizations maximize value from Veeva’s Pharmacovigilance suite. You act as a trusted PV expert and advisor, partnering with executives to translate challenges into impactful adoption and roadmap decisions. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to represent the voice of the customer and enable product success at scale. Responsabilidades

- Support 4–6 large global customers post-implementation of Veeva Pharmacovigilance applications
- Manage relationships with customers’ business decision makers and application owners as a trusted advisor
- Coordinate with Strategy, Sales, Product and Services teams to address customer needs




- Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva applications and develop customer roadmaps aligned to business goals
- Facilitate opportunities for customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Champion the voice of the customer within cross-functional teams to drive enablement and adoption

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Experience working with or in large general pharmaceutical companies
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners
- Ability to travel up to 25% and reside in Europe
