Overview

In this role you drive profitable growth with industrial customers across Spain and Portugal, strengthening strategic accounts and aligning customer needs with solutions that boost compressor reliability, energy efficiency and environmental performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals, manage long sales cycles, and deliver value through service agreements and performance-based solutions. The role combines regional impact with collaboration across international colleagues to shape sustainable solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Develop new customers, projects and applications while expanding the company’s share within key accounts
- Create strategic account plans based on customer priorities and investment programmes
- Manage complex sales opportunities from identification to closure including technical clarification and negotiation
- Collaborate with Engineering, Solutions Sales, Customer Service and other international teams on proposals




- Build sustainable growth through service agreements, upgrades and performance-based solutions
- Monitor forecasts, pricing, delivery performance and customer satisfaction

Requisitos principales

- Degree in mechanical engineering, machinery engineering or another technical discipline
- Experience in technical sales or key account management in a customer-facing role
- Industry understanding of oil and gas, industrial gases, natural gas, hydrogen or energy
- Strong in account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, pricing and negotiation
- Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English
- Comfort using Microsoft 365 and ideally experience with CRM systems
