In this role you shape global clinical operations planning by aligning Site Management and Monitoring with cross-functional teams to optimize resource deployment and budgeting. You will implement data-driven resource strategies, support agile operating models, and help ensure the right capabilities are available where needed. You’ll influence decisions across leadership to drive a sustainable, portfolio-driven planning approach. Responsabilidades

- Identify resource gaps with Site Management and Monitoring leadership and secure capabilities
- Implement resourcing strategies and track workforce utilization, budgets, and staffing needs
- Foster collaboration across functions for efficient resource deployment and reallocation
- Support budget development, financial targets, and process improvement with Finance
- Coordinate annual strategy and portfolio planning activities
- Develop and implement sustainable,



agile resource models for real-time allocation
- Create data-driven approaches to strengthen strategic workforce planning
- Manage functional budgets, travel expenditure, service agreements, and financial priorities
- Align with project management to optimize processes and cross-functional collaboration
- Represent Operations leadership for alignment across key initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years in strategic resource planning, workforce management, or operational planning in a global context
- Strong project management experience coordinating complex initiatives
- Experience managing budgets, financial targets, and multi-year planning
- Proven ability to use data to inform resource decisions and solutions
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with senior leadership
- Experience developing or implementing agile resource allocation and planning
- Ability to manage competing priorities and translate strategy into action
- Strong communication and influencing skills across functions
