As Lead Product Manager for Asphalt Legends, you drive the game’s financial health and long-term sustainability. You will shape the revenue strategy across the product lifecycle, balancing growth with a high-quality player experience. You’ll lead data-driven live ops, monetization innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to scale a general racing title. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, shaping the game’s commercial and player outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Define the roadmap in partnership with Game Leadership to hit aggressive commercial targets
- Lead Live Ops with data-driven growth to maximize LTV and ARPU, while improving efficiency
- Own end-to-end monetization systems from concept to post-launch optimization




- Guide hypothesis-driven development through A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI forecasting
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
- Act as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management of F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
- Proven impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles
- Analytical mastery with ability to translate data into insights; proficiency in advanced analytics tools
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills to communicate strategies to executives
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field
- An MBA or advanced degree is highly valued
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
