Overview

In this role, you will lead delivery projects for Airlines customers within the SITA FOR AIRCRAFT PMO. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams across 20+ countries to scope, plan, and transition projects into operations. You tackle planning, budgets, schedules, and risk, while ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment. You help drive a customer‑centric, growth mindset within the team and contribute to meaningful improvements in flight operations and data‑driven solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Manage project lifecycle from scoping to closure including transition to operations
- Articulate requirements and propose options with technical input
- Define resources and coordinate cross‑functional teams
- Maintain project collateral (requirements, deadlines, budgets, schedules) and remove blockers




- Lead governance, risk mitigation, changes in scope/schedule/cost per PMO governance
- Report progress on sub‑projects and manage tasks to completion
- Oversee project communications and stakeholder relationships
- Foster a customer‑centric, growth‑oriented team culture

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's Degree in a technical domain or equivalent business experience
- 4+ years of project management experience with technical aptitude
- Experience with Agile & Hybrid methodologies
- Software development and Artificial Intelligence initiatives experience
- Proven track record delivering complex projects with budgets and deliverables
- Risk management expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Advanced level English
