Overview

In this role you lead client-facing HR implementations for large multinationals, shaping business processes through Avature's platform. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client goals and contribute feedback to product design. You’ll guide project execution, manage scope and risks, and help refine best-practice designs. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that blends analysis, configuration, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact HR solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and coordinate the implementation of strategic HR projects for multinational clients
- Analyze client needs to shape project scope, plan, and commercial strategy
- Design and configure Avature solutions to support business processes and workflows
- Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and achieve consensus on scope
- Oversee quality and project standards, guiding Implementation Associates




- Provide feedback to Product Design and contribute to knowledge base of best practices
- Coordinate with Technical Services on data migration, integrations, and analytics
- Demonstrate solutions, support user acceptance testing, and manage project risks

Requisitos principales

- English and French proficiency
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Interest in software configuration and process design
- Familiarity with AI tools in daily work
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, or customer-facing projects (preferred)
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) (preferred)
