Overview

In this role you help manage the end-to-end supplier order fulfilment process from purchase order to delivery to consolidation centers. You’ll coordinate with suppliers, customer support and SC EU to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery of materials, maintaining transparent communication and resolving issues to boost customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ll work in a cross-functional setting with focus on process improvements and reliable delivery. This is a hands-on role in a general mobility solutions company with a key impact on on-time material availability.

Responsabilidades

- Manage daily supplier order fulfilment tasks and coordinate transportation to ensure timely delivery to consolidation centers
- Maintain proactive communication with suppliers, customer support, and internal SC EU stakeholders to ensure transparency




- Resolve delivery issues and coordinate with transport policy and Strategic Logistics to meet required delivery dates
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders and handle inquiries to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requisitos principales

- Experience in Purchasing or supplier management activities
- Experience in sea freight transport management, especially China to Europe
- Proficient in English; Chinese language as asset
- Advanced MS Office skills
- University degree
