Overview

As an Integration Engineer, you integrate diverse components and subsystems into a cohesive parcel solution, ensuring test-driven delivery. You work with international teams to design tests, optimize resources, and verify system performance on site. You’ll manage test environments, collaborate with customers, and drive non-conformities and corrective actions to closure. This role blends hands-on testing with systems thinking in a general, project-driven context.

Responsabilidades

- Collaborate with the Integration Manager to design tests and plans aligned with system design and customer needs
- Organize test preparation meetings with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors
- Serve as the main liaison between project teams and customers on integration and commissioning
- Set up and configure test environments and tooling; prepare test execution for factory (SFT) and site (SST)
- Optimize resources and scheduling to reduce costs
- Execute integration, system, and customer acceptance tests on-site
- Analyze test results and production issues; verify implemented solutions




- Maintain Test Records per the Integration Plan
- Discuss results with developers, solution architects, customers, or team members
- Prepare and manage Non-conformities and Corrective Actions procedures and closures
- Report to Integration Manager; potential growth paths to Solution Architect or Integration Manager

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Affinity with IT and Industrial Automation
- Experience in logistics, parcel, or warehousing projects (preferred)
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Siemens PLCs
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and IT/network components
- Basic knowledge of Systems Engineering or Software development
- Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Team player; proactive; able to build rapport with customers
- Willingness to travel ~60%
- English communication skills; knowledge of automated test-tools is a plus
