Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end GCC setup and scaling for offshore or nearshore centers, aligning site readiness, infrastructure, and operations with the business transition. You will coordinate across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll manage plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance while tracking milestones for senior leadership. The role offers impact through shaping global operations and capability centers in multinational settings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive change and ensure successful transitions.

Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end GCC setup including site readiness, infrastructure, and operational transitions
- Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and governance processes




- Monitor project milestones and report progress to senior leadership
- Oversee vendors, resources, and multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery

Requisitos principales

- 5-8+ years of project management experience in general operations, business transformation, shared services, or GCC environments
- Experience supporting offshore/nearshore setup projects or large operational transitions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and complex projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
