Responsabilidades

- Oversee and coordinate two data teams to ensure consistent processes, quality, and aligned goals
- Mentor team leads and senior members to build leadership and knowledge-sharing culture
- Serve as primary decision-maker for cross-team projects aligned with product strategy
- Manage cross-team dependencies, resolve conflicts, and secure necessary resources
- Ensure timely,

- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to domain leadership with transparency

Requisitos principales

- Leadership experience managing multiple data teams or larger groups (minimum 4 years)
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-team coordination and reporting to senior leadership
- Strategic planning ability and experience managing complex, interdependent projects
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills for resource trade-offs and stakeholder alignment
- Strong data domain expertise and understanding of product strategy to guide team direction
